The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) through the Fraylesca District Attorney’s Office, obtained from the Jurisdictional Body, an order of Link to Proceedings against a male person for his probable responsibility in the crime of Aggravated Pedophilia, facts occurred in the municipality of Villaflores.
The Fraylesca District Prosecutor’s Office reported that because the evidence presented by the Prosecutor of the Public Ministry was suitable and pertinent, the Control Judge of the Villaflores Judicial District issued an order linking the process against Carlos ” N”, for his probable responsibility in the crime of Aggravated Pedophilia, committed to the detriment of an adolescent with a protected identity, events that occurred in Villaflores in 2018.
In addition, the Judge imposed preventive detention as a precautionary measure and granted a complementary investigation period of one month.
The State Attorney General’s Office strongly expresses its rejection of any act of violence against girls, boys and adolescents, reiterating that no criminal conduct will go unpunished.
